Clarity in Pricing
We believe in transparency, which is why all prices listed on our website are per person and quoted in US Dollars (USD $). These prices already include 13% sales taxes, making your booking hassle-free. While prices may be subject to change without prior notice, any reservation secured with a down payment or full payment will lock in the price you see.

Our website is your gateway to a wealth of information. For each product, we provide a comprehensive breakdown including descriptions, inclusions, items to bring, essential tips, detailed itineraries, prices, product categories, real testimonials from past adventurers, a convenient contact form, and a user-friendly shopping cart. We believe visuals enhance the experience, so expect to see images that complement the information provided.
At our core, we’re about inclusive adventures. All our tours are private, ensuring that even solo travelers can join in. Our pricing structure is designed to accommodate groups of all sizes, with rates that adjust based on group size. From solo travelers to groups of 50, we’ve got you covered. Just remember, if you’re interested in the Children’s price, a minimum of 2 adults must be in the shopping cart.
Individual Explorations: Booking and Beyond
Planning is part of the excitement, and we recommend reserving your spot at least 5 days in advance, especially during peak seasons (November to May and July to August). If you’re the spontaneous type, email approval is all you need if booking within 24 hours. Once we give the thumbs up, your reservation becomes official upon payment. We’re flexible – if you prefer, reach out for information about down payments via the product page. The remaining balance is due 24 hours before the tour date through PayPal or on the tour day with cash. Please note, that if you miss the tour without prior notice, refunds won’t be possible.
Cancellation and Changes Made Simple
Life happens, and we understand that plans can shift. If you need to cancel or make changes, a simple email to email@example.com will do the trick. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. To keep it hassle-free, here’s a breakdown of penalties for individuals requesting cancellations:
Once your adventure begins or if you’ve started using parts of your package, refunds won’t be possible.
For groups of 11 or more, planning ahead is key. Reserve your spot at least 15 days before and make full payment by then. If you’re looking at a shorter window, await email confirmation. Once Best Tours CR gives the nod, your reservation becomes official upon payment. Just like with individual bookings, down payments can be arranged via the product page. Balance payment must be made 15 days before your specified tour date through PayPal. Unfortunately, no-shows or cancellations within 15 days won’t be eligible for refunds.
Adventure in Any Weather
We’re here rain or shine, and Costa Rica’s climate is no stranger to us. Be prepared with rain jackets, especially during the rainy season. Safety always comes first – if conditions are deemed risky by our providers or authorities, we’ll either reschedule or refund 100%.

While we can’t guarantee wildlife sightings, we promise a memorable journey. Costa Rica boasts two seasons: dry (December to April) and rainy (May to November). When planning activities, consider these seasonal shifts.
