How long is the Tenorio River Safari Float day?
Allow approximately eight hours including hotel transportation, the safari float, lunch and stops. Your hotel and operating conditions affect the total duration.
Is this the whitewater rafting tour?
No. This page is for the safari float wildlife experience. Whitewater rafting is a separate product. River conditions still vary, and you must follow the guide’s instructions.
What wildlife might we see?
Monkeys, crocodiles, iguanas and birds may be observed around the river. They are wild animals, so no sighting is guaranteed.
Who can take part?
The current tour requirements specify children over 5, an easy activity level, no wheelchair access and no participation during pregnancy. Boarding the raft and following safety instructions are required. Contact us about specific mobility needs before booking.
What changes between Gold, Silver and Bronze?
Gold includes private SUV transportation and private guiding. Silver uses a private van with private guiding. Bronze includes private van transportation and a shared activity at the location. Corporate arrangements follow a written group quote.
What do the displayed prices cover?
Gold $1,219, Silver $1,001 and Bronze $803 are base prices for two adults. Corporate is $275 per person. The PayPal selectors show additional adult, child and solo options where available.
How do payment and confirmation work?
Payments are processed through PayPal. Eligible bookings at least 72 hours ahead may be secured with 50%, with the balance due by the stated deadline. Full confirmation requires full payment and confirmed components. Contact us before paying for a tour under 24 hours away. Corporate bookings require a written quote.
What happens if it rains?
Ordinary seasonal rain does not automatically cancel the tour. Unsafe river or weather conditions may require rescheduling or another response under the applicable booking terms.
What are the cancellation terms?
Tour cancellation terms are product-specific. Review the terms provided before payment and your booking confirmation. Send cancellation requests in writing to reservations@besttourscr.com; the Reservations Policy explains the process.
